Job description

Synchron, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to support Maritime Multi-Mission Aircraft and Programs (MPRF) at the Pentagon. You will serve as a program analyst in a broad range of activities described below.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical analyses of the MPRF platforms systems design, integration, and production plans to address the potential of proposed aircraft structure and mission system architecture changes and integration to meet Performance Based System Specification Baseline requirements.
  2. Provide technical reviews and evaluations of system specifications and requirements flow down, including quarterly assessments and updates of capability evolution plans.
  3. Report potential or perceived impact on engineering design and overall weapon system performance.
  4. Assess the program impact of new developments in mission systems for MPRF platforms, including their interaction with other equipment, space, weight, electrical loading effects, cooling, and timing for spiral planning.
  5. Provide analysis of fatigue life management of airframe structures supporting MPRF platforms and related systems.
  6. Compare actual work versus planned work, and analyze alternative procedures for systems development and sensor/weapon integration.
  7. Provide analysis during specifications review, design reviews, technical meetings, and related activities.
  8. Perform technical investigations, assess technical risks, and provide risk reduction analysis.
  9. Support program PPBE activities, including documentation analysis and briefing planning.
  10. Provide financial analysis on MPRF programs, including ROI and risk assessment.
  11. Analyze life cycle costs associated with Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and program objectives within funding constraints.
  12. Perform analysis of MPRF systems data and hardware to meet acquisition schedules.
  13. Provide program and PPBE analyses, planning, and execution support.
  14. Assist in reviewing technical specifications and documentation for P-8A and MQ-4C production programs.
  15. Analyze and monitor GFE and CM requirements, including configurations, deliveries, and deficiencies.
  16. Assist in integrating training system requirements into production plans and documentation.
  17. Support budget planning, drills, execution, and analysis for MPRA sponsor budgets across OPNAV N980C lines during reviews and cycles.
  18. Coordinate with OPNAV N980G on science and technology requirement studies and capability integration.
  19. Analyze and monitor weapon system documentation against contract and specification requirements.
  20. Assist in collecting and researching cost and financial records, supporting budget estimation and review.
  21. Provide technical input for acquisition schedules, reviewing and recommending updates.
  22. Maintain knowledge of ISR capabilities of P-8A operations up to TS/SCI level.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years' experience with USN Maritime and/or Multi-Mission platform operations.
  • Experience with ISR systems onboard P-8A at a higher than secret classification level.
  • Expertise with software systems including Microsoft Windows, Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Training in relevant databases such as PBIS Web, APHM, PBIS Database, CIMS, ETMS2 within the first two months.
  • TS/SCI clearance is required.
