We are seeking a Senior Marine Structural Project Manager for the New York/New Jersey area. Our firm specializes in complex infrastructure, resiliency, and sustainability projects, such as FiDi Coastal Resiliency, Battery Park City Resiliency, and Bush Terminal Pier 6 Redevelopment.

Role Overview: The Senior Project Manager will lead marine and coastal engineering projects, oversee engineering staff, manage project tasks, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include engineering, inspection, permitting, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and QA/QC processes
  • Support multi-disciplinary design projects, analyzing critical design and permitting elements
  • Supervise and mentor staff, allocating manpower effectively
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and agencies, providing technical oversight
  • Develop new business and contribute to project proposals
  • Serve as a technical expert for clients
  • Participate in marketing and business development activities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BSc or MSc in civil, structural, geotechnical, environmental, or coastal engineering
  • At least 8 years of relevant marine and coastal experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
