True Environmental is seeking a Senior Marine Structural Project Manager based in Florham Park, NJ. The successful candidate will oversee marine and coastal engineering projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget constraints. You will supervise staff, provide technical support, coordinate with various stakeholders, and participate in business development.

Candidates should hold a BS or MS in an appropriate engineering field and have at least 8 years of relevant experience. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. This position supports exciting infrastructure and sustainability projects throughout the metro area.

Qualifications

• 8 years of directly applicable marine and coastal experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Successful completion of fit for work testing, including Drug & Alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget and QA/QC process.
• Supervise and mentor staff and allocate manpower.
• Provide support on multiple design projects.
