Lancaster’s Custom Dock & Lift Systems, Inc. in Lake Norman area seeks an experienced Construction Estimator for Marine Projects to lead high-end waterfront builds. Based in Troutman, NC, you will transform architectural visions into precise cost plans and take ownership of bid development.

You will collaborate with project teams, manage tight bidding deadlines, and advocate for profitable, quality waterfront structures through accurate quantity take-offs and vendor evaluations.

Competenze

• Proven experience in construction estimating or a closely related technical field.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and drawings.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with estimating or PM software.
• Ability to manage multiple bidding deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor negotiations and leadership presentations.

• Formulate cost estimates for high-end docks, decks, and shoreline structures.
• Perform quantity take-offs from detailed plans to minimize waste.
• Analyze blueprints to define project scope and risks.
