Job summary

Weeks Marine is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects with a focus on marine facilities. You will direct project administration, superintendents, and engineers to set priorities and ensure successful delivery, safety, and quality.

Based in Cranford, NJ, you will coordinate with district teams across the NE region, manage budgets, schedules, and client relations, and develop a capable PM team to drive project success through completion and closeout.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in managing construction projects, with infrastructure, bridges, docks, and marine.
• Ability to understand project scheduling and cost control, and read owner specs & engineering drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaborative leadership, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety culture and comply with policy.
• Ensure the project meets financial objectives by oversight of development and costs.
• Coordinate daily/weekly meetings with area superintendents and project engineers.
• Manage all field operations and work sequences with Project Executive.
• Review estimates and plan for cost, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Oversee monthly job cost updates and cash flow projections; review and negotiate changes.
