Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Claims Advocacy Professional - Marine & Cargo logistics for a hybrid role based in Portland, Seattle, Houston or Atlanta. The position requires in-office work 3 days per week and offers exposure to key stakeholders to help grow Marsh's book of business.

You will own the claims process, coordinate with insurers, and provide strategic guidance on complex coverage issues. The role demands 8+ years of claims experience including marine, and a P&C license (or ability to obtain).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of claims experience; 3+ Marine claims experience a must
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• P&C license mandatory, or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Owns the claims process and monitors progress from notice to closure
• Provide coverage advice on highly complex issues and analyze policies
• Lead client claim review meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
• Liaise with insurers and advisors to support smooth review of claims
• Develop client communications and claims calculations to support action plans
