Job summary

FINRA is seeking a senior regulatory professional to lead and advise on MAP applications, including high-risk cases. The role requires deep knowledge of securities rules, regulatory practices, and risk assessment.

Hybrid work is available with travel and in-person requirements at times. The candidate will analyze industry trends, train staff, present material, and contribute to FINRA’s mission of investor protection and market integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of business conduct risk and industry practices, securities rules, regulations and best practices.
