Job summary

Amgen's Manufacturing Training Specialist – Manufacturing Support role at the NC site focuses on building and delivering the training framework for ANC-1 and ANC-2 startup readiness, ensuring GMP compliance and workforce capability across 24/7 operations.

The role requires deep collaboration with Quality, Engineering, Validation, and HR, plus leading a major LMS migration and ongoing improvement of training programs to sustain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s in chemistry, biology, or engineering with biotech ops experience.
• Bachelor’s in biotech with ≥5 years biotech ops experience.
• Associate’s with ≥10 years biotech ops.
• High school diploma with ≥12 years biotech ops.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the manufacturing training strategy for ANC-1 and ANC-2.
• Lead the LMS migration and manage training impact assessments.
• Provide on-floor training support and coaching to frontline teams.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Validation, and HR to maintain readiness plans.
