Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Manufacturing Training Specialist to lead technical training and workforce readiness across a 24/7 biotech manufacturing site. The role focuses on qualification planning, training governance, and continuous improvement to support startup readiness and sustained performance.

• Advanced degree in biotech-related field and relevant training experience.
• Experience in designing and delivering GMP training programs.
• Strong knowledge of qualification and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the manufacturing training strategy for startup readiness.
• Lead Training Assignment Portfolio for qualification pathways and execution.
• Maintain training governance tools, metrics, and reporting for compliance.
• Identify readiness risks and drive mitigation actions to protect milestones.
• Own CAPAs related to training, qualification, and readiness.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and HR to ensure staffing readiness.
