Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced manufacturing professional to operate and troubleshoot complex production tools in a controlled environment. The role requires independent tool operation, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership in training Technicians I–II.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years in manufacturing, strong technical troubleshooting, and strict adherence to safety and cleanroom protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing with proven tool ownership.
• Technical troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Cleanroom discipline and safety protocols.
• Collaboration and communication across teams.
• Leadership and mentoring expectations increase by level.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot complex manufacturing tools independently.
• Certified to run a minimum of three tools/work centers independently.
• Identify issues and properly escalate.
• Recommend improvements to maximize output while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Assist with tool qualifications, audits, and new process trials.
• Provide guidance and training for Technicians I–II.
• Identify and communicate equipment/process issues and support performance improvements.
