Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with significant experience, or an associate/bachelor degree with relevant experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read/interpret technical drawings and write reports.
• Good organizational and communication skills; proficient with computer tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Quality, Safety, Environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Sets up and runs experiments and test apparatus.
• Designs and installs equipment and processes for fabrication and testing.
• Writes instructions and trains personnel on systems and processes.
• Performs complex troubleshooting and maintenance of systems/equipment.
• Analyzes data and recommends process improvements.
• Writes technical reports and documents; coordinates with other departments.
