Job summary

Liquidia Corporation is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, support production and R&D, and provide feedback for process improvements. • The candidate should be highly detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a cGMP/GLP manufacturing environment.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with QA, engineering, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and Master Batch Records while running manufacturing equipment to support commercial scheduling.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and investigate deviations and CAPAs.
• Document all production activities in appropriate room and equipment logbooks.
• Multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Interact cross-functionally with QA, QC, Engineering, Maintenance, and other support groups.
• Maintain focus on safety, quality, and cGMP compliance.
• Participate in training activities and manage own training plan.
• Collect samples for in-process testing and complete test and inspection activities.
• Monitor the manufacturing process, record run parameters, and adjust as necessary within the process window.
• Support manufacturing runs including material handling, inventory management, equipment cleaning, and scheduling.
• Apply hands-on process development experience and equipment upkeep to support operations.
• Support manufacturing operations in sample preparation and testing.
• Maintain detailed laboratory notebooks and batch records.
• Perform experiments with guidance from engineering and scientific staff.
• Adhere to GLP and GMP guidelines to maintain a compliant, safe, and clean environment.
• All other duties as assigned.
