Position details:

The Senior Manufacturing Technician assesses, implements, and maintains manufacturing procedures for complex assembly processes. This role is critical in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in Plexus's assembly operations. The position is eligible for a shift differential and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for 2nd shift.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute manufacturing solutions, provide high-quality services, and mentor team members.
2. Use appropriate tools for documentation, analysis, and process verification.
3. Lead technical or project teams supporting manufacturing processes and product requirements.
4. Support production line operators and ensure adherence to manufacturing practices.
5. Maintain expertise in equipment, process control, safety, and risk awareness.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or diploma in Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Science.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
