Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Technician in Waukesha, WI to support the ramp-up of the Pluto Photon Counting Detector in a highly automated manufacturing environment. You will work hands-on with advanced equipment, troubleshoot production challenges, and help scale from early production to full manufacturing.

The role requires independence on 2nd shift, strong cross-team communication, and adaptability as processes evolve.

Qualifications

2+ years in a manufacturing, production, technician, maintenance, or equipment support environment.
Ability to read and understand production data, charts, work instructions, and technical documentation.
Ability to work onsite in Waukesha, WI on 2nd shift.
Experience operating, troubleshooting, or supporting manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment.
Support ramp-up and ongoing production of GE HealthCare's Photon Counting Detector platform.
Monitor processes, equipment performance, and production metrics for quality and efficiency.
Read production charts and instructions to identify issues and take corrective actions.
Maintain accurate production records and equipment logs.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations to resolve issues and drive improvements.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and processes.
Follow safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory procedures.
