Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace, headquartered in the United States, is seeking a Sr Manufacturing Technician for our Glendale, AZ site. You will operate multiple machines, with a focus on Selective Solder, and assemble and test precision electronic components for aerospace applications.

You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and contribute to quality and efficiency on onsite operations. You will collaborate with engineering and quality teams, document processes, mentor junior technicians, and drive

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in manufacturing environments, preferably aerospace.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment in aerospace production.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Experience with quality control systems and AS9100 compliance.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex manufacturing tasks and provide technical support to production teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with aerospace regulations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes and improvements; train junior technicians.
