Serves as the site expert for MES systems and manufacturing data analytics, turning shop-floor data into decisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and prioritize the production schedule for critical revenue and NPI products; manage changes, constraints, and material/capacity conflicts to protect committed ship dates.

  • Act as the scheduling interface between Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain; run cross-functional reviews and elevate risks to delivery early with recovery plans.

  • Drive results on quality, schedule, and cost — track KPIs (OTD, cycle time, WIP, yield, cost variance), identify root causes, and lead corrective actions.
