Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience or 6 years with a Master's degree.
• Experience with AESA, semiconductor technology, and RF performance materials.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the Product Line strategy across the AMS division.
• Develop and assess Manufacturing Plans for each program phase.
• Lead design for automation and deploy digital transformation strategies.
