Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Reliability Engineer to develop and execute a world‑class reliability program across multiple sites. You will lead criticality and risk management, RCA capabilities, and data‑driven maintenance strategies using SAP Plant Maintenance and CMMS tools.

You will collaborate with engineering during capital projects to apply design‑for‑reliability standards and improve equipment effectiveness. This role requires 5+ years in manufacturing reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
5+ years in reliability or maintenance engineering in manufacturing.
Experience implementing reliability processes and programs.
Experience with predictive maintenance: vibration, infrared, oil analysis.
Proficiency with CMMS (SAP PM preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead asset criticality management by determining asset criticality and guiding sites to utilize and maintain rankings in SAP.
Drive asset risk management by identifying high‑risk assets and recommending or leading mitigation plans.
Establish robust root cause analysis capabilities through training and coaching.
Analyze equipment and cost data to improve Reliability Engineering initiatives and value.
Apply PM Evaluation and PM Optimization to improve maintenance effectiveness.
Lead Reliability Centered Maintenance analyses and training.
Perform Weibull analysis to inform maintenance strategies.
Collaborate with engineering to apply design‑for‑reliability standards on capex.
