The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s in Manufacturing Engineering and at least five years of relevant experience, showcasing proficiency in Design for Manufacturing principles and project management. The role requires collaborating with design teams and ensuring the application of quality standards through innovative production methods. Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in engineering or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly principles.
• Experience in aviation or automotive production environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for manufacturing tooling and industrial engineering.
• Develop data dashboards for oversight of production operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in production.
