Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process control plans to ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement cost reduction strategies.
• Lead the development of new products and processes.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, sustain, and improve existing processes and equipment.
• Train and mentor junior engineers.
