Job summary

Philips is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer for its Bedford, MA site to support daily manufacturing operations and drive process improvements. You will lead IQ/OQ/PQ activities, validate equipment, and collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering to enhance yields and production efficiency.

You will develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, optimize processes, and apply data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a mechanical/industrial/biomedical engineering discipline or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations, process validation, or production engineering in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting processes and equipment issues.
• Lead and support IQ/OQ/PQ and validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve yields, cycle times, and product quality.
• Develop, maintain manufacturing documentation and procedures while ensuring compliance.
