ACE Partners is seeking a hands-on Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead design, troubleshoot, and optimize production processes on the factory floor. You’ll work across cross functional teams to deliver practical solutions to production challenges.

This role requires 7+ years of hands‑on engineering experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and coach others. Laser welding, cutting, or marking experience is highly valued as our equipment strategy evolves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Ability to lead a team and mentor others.
• Strong problem-solving instincts and comfort with ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Experience with laser welding, cutting, or marking is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes across production lines.
• Monitor equipment to prevent non-conforming products and improve yields.
• Collaborate with Quality and R&D to bring new products online.
• Root-cause manufacturing issues during prototype builds.
• Apply laser processing expertise as investments shift toward laser-based equipment.
