Job summary

Jacobs Management Group is seeking an Operations Engineer to join a global regenerative medicine organization at a cutting-edge CDMO with manufacturing facilities worldwide. You will validate equipment, lead process development, and drive improvements across engineering, quality, and operations to deliver life-changing products at scale.

The role requires hands-on experience in process design and validation, strong CAD and statistical analysis skills, and clear technical writing to document

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with hands-on experience designing, modifying, and implementing processes and equipment.
• Comfortable with CAD software and statistical analysis in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical writer who can translate complex validation work into clear documentation.
• Familiar with lean tools - value stream mapping, flow analysis, time studies.

Responsibilities

• Validate equipment and control systems, then write protocols and summary reports documenting results.
• Lead process development and continuous improvement for both new and existing products.
• Support and lead non-conformance investigations and CAPA closure.
• Drive capital equipment projects for new and upgraded manufacturing lines.
• Run time studies, value stream analysis, and lean manufacturing initiatives across the operations team.

What you'll be doing
