Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering.
• 7+ years of manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics experience.
• Experience with CAD, PLM, MES; CREO and Windchill knowledge preferred.
• Lean manufacturing, PFMEA, control plans, and process optimization experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in evaluating and implementing manufacturing process alternatives to achieve standardization and quality objectives.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure design for manufacturing and serviceability.
• Maintain and expand technical knowledge in manufacturing/design techniques for productivity and quality.
• Develop cost-benefit analyses and drive continuous improvements using lean principles.
• Coordinate with supply chain to optimize production layout and material flow.
• Specify, order, and implement equipment for manufacturing and research new technologies.
