Job summary

Talent Finders, LLC seeks an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager for a vertically integrated marine-engineered products manufacturer. This role oversees four department managers and reports to the President.

It will drive high mix, low volume operations and influence an upcoming ERP implementation that will unify disparate product lines and processes. The position manages a 40k square foot facility, champions planning/forecasting, budgeting, and KPI performance, and nurtures a culture

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading high mix, low volume manufacturing environments.
• Strong background with ERP implementations and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage all operations departments including machining, assembly, inventory, purchasing, and quality control to meet company goals and profit projections.
• Assist in implementation of a new ERP system; develop scheduling, labor tracking, demand forecasting, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Contribute to strategic plans; implement standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service; resolve problems; conduct audits.
