Job summary
Fujifilm Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC seeks a Manufacturing Support Associate 3, Tech Transfer, to lead operational readiness, troubleshoot production issues, and keep manufacturing compliant and on track in a 24/7 facility.
You will collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and maintenance to improve processes, generate documentation, and support audits and inspections while upholding safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in manufacturing operations.
- High degree of troubleshooting ability.
- Strong technical experience with batch planning and documentation.
- Experience supporting audits and leading investigations.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational readiness during project phases and commissioning.
- Serve as a process SME and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Coordinate and optimize batch planning and maintenance readiness.
- Create and update manufacturing documentation per change control.
- Support training, onboarding, and curriculum development.
