Job summary

Glenn Metalcraft in Princeton, MN is seeking an Operations Manager to provide strategic and day‑to‑day leadership for manufacturing operations. You will coordinate people, processes, equipment, and materials to produce high‑quality products safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The role includes budgeting, KPI tracking, and driving continued improvement across the plant. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–7 years of progressive operations or manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5–7 years of progressive operations or manufacturing management experience, including production forecasting and scheduling.

• Coordinate cross‑department communication to sustain continuous improvement.
