As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize production equipment like presses, cartoning machines, tubing, wrappers, and labelers.
• Lead and train team members, driving process improvements and standardization.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure all machinery is production-ready through inspections and repairs.
• Plan and execute setups for production rooms and machinery.
