Abbott is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead multi‑shift operations at the Casa Grande, AZ site. You will drive operational excellence, develop frontline leaders, and manage significant budgeting while upholding strict quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, food technology, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience in FDA‑regulated environments and multi‑shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Front Line Leaders and production teams across multiple shifts.
• Drive operational excellence with OEE, labor efficiency, downtime and throughput metrics.
• Monitor production performance through data analysis and continuous improvement.
• Manage departmental budgets and financial performance up to $12M USD.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements and Abbott policies.
• Lead staffing, training, coaching and employee development to build a high‑performing workforce.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and site leadership to achieve objectives.
