Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Excellence Specialist to drive TPM-based improvement across the Local Leadership Team. You will act as a center of excellence, accelerating autonomy and execution on the factory floor, partnering with production leaders to deliver key performance improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, strong problem-solving and analytics skills, and hands-on experience with TPM, process improvement, and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing.
• 1-3 years with Factory Management & Leadership team, supporting cross functional teams.
• 1-3 years with TPM implementation.
• Experience with loss analysis, budget prep, line capability studies.
• Training effectiveness & facilitation.

Position Summary:

The Factory Senior ME Specialist actively supports the implementation of the Local Leadership Team (LLT) improvement strategy. The role acts as the center of expertise for TPM and Industrial Performance. This role is a member of the local leadership team and acts as an accelerator for execution of the autonomy development plan throughout the factory.

Responsibilities:

Supports definition, alignment, and implementationofthe Local Leadership Team Execution Plan:

• Co-develop Local Leadership Team (LLT)improvement strategy that considers:
  - Loss Analysis / External Benchmarks
• Provide alignment from the LLT/ Key Stakeholdersaround the Execution Planand supports cascade across the Business Unit (Production Department communication strategy).
• Partner with LocalLeadership Team to definetheirExecution Plans to deliver the expected results that include:
  - NCE rollout plans
  - Other factory key enablers (Digital, Capex)
  - Key improvement projects
  - Key competency building activities
• Support the execution of the improvement plan by:
  - Ensures proper governance / routines at LLT levels to track execution progression and improvement sustainability
  - Spend time on factory floor to evaluate maturity progression and identify key opportunities.
  - Provide guidance and feedback to LLT and align on corrective actions to adjust execution plans
• Capable of being point of contact in absence of team Manager
  

Develop Critical Competenceies within Key Members of Local Leadership Team

• DevelopLocal Leadership Team ability to identify opportunities to transform workplace, people, and behaviors to deliver results through floor visits
• Partner with HR / Training & Learning to the LLTto establish and evaluate robustness of function/pillar capability plan
• Train and coach Local LeadershipTeam on needed system competences based on development needs and elevate for external support as needed
• Develops and manages critical competence within members of the ME team and Focused Improvement Technicians
  • Develop a pipeline of potential ME specialists from internal talent

Required Experience & Education:

• Bachelors’ degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing.
• 1-3 years working with Factory Management & Leadership team, with success in supporting & developing cross functional teams.
• 1-3 years with an active role on the implementation ofGoal Alignment/TPM.
• Understanding of cultural change management, process improvement, and business connections.
• Experienceworking with Line labor standards, Budget preparation/review, and line capability/speed studies
• Training effectiveness & facilitation
• 1-3 years working & developing improvement projects, loss analysis, & strong experience in leading /applyingproblem solving tools.

Salary:$100,917.63 to$140,622.90 per year
