The role requires a strong background in electro‑mechanical manufacturing, 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership position, and proven ability to manage budgets, drive Kaizen initiatives, and collaborate across functions

Qualifications

• BA or BS Degree in Engineering or similar discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of manufacturing experience in electro‑mechanical equipment.
• At least 5+ years in managerial responsibilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with digital literacy.
• Budget planning experience and ability to manage capital equipment.
• Proven leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Manufacturing Engineers.
• Oversee development and optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement via Six Sigma/Lean/TPM.
• Lead cross‑departmental initiatives with finance, operations, supply chain.
• Support NPI activities and manufacturing readiness.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets and capital approvals.
• Mentor engineers and develop KPIs.
