• Experience: 10+ years in precision machining, including 5+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Technical: Proficiency in CNC programming, G-code, CAM software, and simulation tools.
• Leadership: Cross-functional leadership in a matrix environment and lean, data-driven results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of production projects.
• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Drive long-range strategic planning for engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and planning.
• Coordinate daily operations across Navy Barrel and Army Cannon production, with shifts and supporting functions.
• Maintain Safety, Health, Environmental compliance for the facility.
• Develop budgets, policies, and procedures for operations.
• Ensure production processes meet quality standards and implement QC measures.
