Qualifications

• Bachelor's in manufacturing engineering or related field with 8+ years experience; or Master's with 6+ years.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret security clearance.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, tools, processes, and operations for products.
• Manages people, conducts performance reviews and career development discussions.
• Ensures budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements are met.
• Collaborates with engineering to transition new products into production.
• Supports customer interface for technical issues and ensures quality compliance.
• Leads cross-department collaboration to align program objectives.
