Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably within a complex assembly or electromechanical environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8 hours or more daily to support floor operations.
Safety-sensitive position requiring drug and alcohol program participation.
Responsibilities
Design and update manufacturing floor layouts to optimize material flow and maximize space utilization.
Analyze production data and perform time studies to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Develop and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assembly instructions.
