Job summary

This role involves designing plant layouts, driving throughput optimization, and collaborating with design teams for manufacturability feedback. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3–5+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in CAD software. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably within a complex assembly or electromechanical environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8 hours or more daily to support floor operations.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring drug and alcohol program participation.

Responsibilities

• Design and update manufacturing floor layouts to optimize material flow and maximize space utilization.
• Analyze production data and perform time studies to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assembly instructions.
