We are is seeking aSeniorManufacturingEngineer– Structural Assemblytoplay a key role in the development of a Part 25 clean-sheetaircraft. Your focus will be to ensure that manufacturability, quality, and efficiency are fully integrated throughout all phases of product development, enabling safe and streamlined operations within theFinal Assembly Line.

Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and coordinate the implementation of manufacturing requirementsand processesfor fabrication and assembly of metallic and compositeparts and segments.
- Drive trade studies, design-for-manufacture (DFM) decisions, optimization activitiesandinfluence program-level technical strategy and direction.
- Lead multiple high-impact projects, including those with significant technical risk or cross-team integration complexity.
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts involving complex, multi-disciplinary challenges.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a greenfield production system, including assembly flow, factory layout, and facility planning foraircraftintegration.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members,fosteringcollaborationand continuous improvement.
- Act as the manufacturing engineering focal point for structural assembly of metallic and composite parts during product development.
- Serve as the technical liaison between Radia Product Engineering and Tier-1 suppliers, ensuring alignment on producibility requirements, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to meet programobjectives.
- Ensure seamless integration of supplier parts into final assembly,maintainingclear communication across all stakeholders.
- Coordinate technical interfaces between structure suppliers and final assembly tooling providers, ensuring readiness of tooling, equipment, and processes.
- BS, MS or PhD in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or production engineering, including 5+ years working with large structural assemblies.
- Strong communicationand collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts and project updates to upper management and large cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a complex, multi-organizational environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Background working withlargeaircraftOEMs or Tier-1 structural suppliers.
- Experiencesupporting bothdevelopmentand production phasesinthe fabrication oflarge structural compositecomponents(e.g.fabrication ofcarbon/epoxy laminates/sandwich structures,etc.).
- Experiencewithdevelopment and production phases of large structural assembliesof metallic and compositeparts and segmentsin aerospace programs.
- Working knowledge of CAD and PLM tools, preferably CATIA V5/V6, 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, and/or DELMIA.
