Qualifications

• Experience in risk assessment and safety behavior on a machining shop floor.

• Experience optimizing production lines and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement regular activities such as risk assessment and safety behavior to improve the machining shop floor environment.
• Collaborate with internal and external colleagues through prompt response and action, focus on root cause of serious quality issues to minimize machining scrap; optimize production lines and processes.
• Acquire communication and negotiation skills from diverse interests to drive key performance results and manage conflicts constructively.
• Develop new products as continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and flexibly control plans to satisfy customer; verify and validate manufacturing processes for new machining parts.
