Join a leading name in Adhesives and Sealants as a Regional Project Engineer and play a key role in optimizing manufacturing operations across multiple U.S. facilities. Based in Orlando, FL, you'll drive impactful engineering initiatives, lead major capital projects, and support continuous improvement efforts in a dynamic, hands-on role.
What You'll Do:
Drive productivity and process improvements across our Orlando, FL, Winchester, KY, and Hanover, PA plants.
Collaborate closely with Plant Managers, Engineers, and Technicians to deliver solutions that enhance efficiency, safety, and performance.
Spearhead capital projects from concept and budgeting to execution and reporting.
Champion safety, maintenance excellence, and continuous improvement culture across all facilities.
Identify and support skill development for maintenance teams and assist in evaluating technician candidates.
Research and evaluate new technologies, recommend equipment upgrades, and engage with vendors.
Monitor project spending to ensure delivery within budget.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Plastics ).
5+ years of hands-on experience in plastic manufacturing, ideally in injection molding or profile extrusion.
Proven track record in project management within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with injection mold processing and troubleshooting.
Technical proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, automation systems, and PLCs.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, CAD software, and project management tools.
Willingness to travel up to 50% and work occasional weekends or extended hours to meet project goals.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $116,160 $130,680
Annual Bonus: Up to 7.5% of base salary
