You will define process methods from engineering to pilot manufacturing, create assembly drawings, and test protocols to ensure product quality. You will work with electrical, FPGA, optical, mechanical, embedded, and software engineers to push performance and continuous improvement in a low-volume, high-precision environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in product assembly and testing.
• Proficiency with CAD tools, especially SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM.
• Familiarity with ISO, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Understanding of electronic components, testing procedures, and assembly techniques.
• Basic programming skills in C, C++, MATLAB/Octave, or Python.
