Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Biomedical preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with FDA/GMP exposure.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of statistics and DOE.
• Proficient in CAD, Minitab, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop new manufacturing processes and layouts for new product introductions using DFM and lean methods.
• Characterize process inputs and develop robust specifications with DOE and SPC.
• Lead cross-functional projects and maintain detailed project plans and budgets.
• Identify equipment/fixture needs and drive process improvements for yield and cost.
