Job summary

ProMed seeks a Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure manufactured parts meet strict standards and to support the supply chain with documentation and process control. The role emphasizes ALCOA++ data integrity, batch record reviews, and QA releases, within a cleanroom environment.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of quality experience, proficiency with SOPs, and the ability to train new inspectors while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of quality experience preferred.
• ALCOA++ principles knowledge.
• Experience with eQMS and ERP systems.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret SOPs and work instructions.
• Ability to train new Inspectors.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of quality events (deviations, investigations, CAPAs).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs microscopic, visual and dimensional inspection of manufactured parts using related measuring equipment.
• Performs line clearance and QA checks as needed.
• Assist with QA operations such as inspection, issuing deviations, processing non-conforming materials (NCMRs).
• Assists research and development projects as needed.
• Assist with batch record review according to procedures.
• Assist with QA product release tasks.
• Reviews incoming receipt for all materials.
• Monitors production line adherence to standards and procedures.
