Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or STEM.
• 5+ years of professional engineering experience in manufacturing in a highly regulated environment.
• 8+ years for Sr Principal level with related experience or relevant advanced degrees.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in a manufacturing setting.
• Lean manufacturing and PES principles applied in practice.
• Ability to obtain U.S. government Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design manufacturing processes, layouts, procedures for assemblies and tooling.
• Develop machine arrangement for efficient plant production flow.
• Provide guidance on design concepts to optimize equipment use.
• Support SAP S/4Hana, Synchrono, and MES Solumina and ERP activities.
• Inspect performance and drive corrective actions to ensure product quality.
• Coordinate with planning, operations, and supply chain to meet schedules.
