Eastridge Workforce Solutions, partnered with a Cleveland manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead troubleshooting, develop reliable processes, and drive continuous improvement on the plant floor.

The role blends hands-on engineering with long-term initiatives, requires 7+ years in manufacturing engineering, and offers a competitive salary range ($95,000–$110,000) plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• At least 7 years of manufacturing engineering experience with process improvement.
• Experience leading complex problem-solving and corrective actions.
• Strong Lean, CI, and root-cause analysis knowledge.
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering projects and capital investments >$250k.
• Proficient in tooling, automation, validation, and DFMEA.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex manufacturing problems and implement corrective actions.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and costs.
• Develop and improve production processes with Lean and data-driven methods.
• Oversee tooling, fixtures, and automated equipment development and validation.
• Lead cross-functional projects across manufacturing and quality.
• Support new product introductions and manufacturability evaluations.
• Apply SPC, MSA, and process capability analyses to improve reliability.
• Create standards, work instructions, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Identify automation opportunities and capital equipment initiatives.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
