Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• Work is performed in office and manufacturing environments, roughly 50/50.
• Experience with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 preferred.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks for design and drafting.

Aufgaben

• Serve as senior technical resource for manufacturing processes, tooling, and validation.
• Lead complex manufacturing engineering projects from concept through production.
• Develop and implement process controls, PFMEA, and CAPA activities.
• Review drawings and specifications to determine methods and costs.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to Manufacturing Engineers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
