Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; in lieu of a degree, 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced sustaining engineering support for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues in real time to minimize production impact.
• Develop and maintain process controls to improve repeatability and reduce variation.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in throughput, cycle time, yield, and cost.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; prepare engineering documentation and reports.
