Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or higher in a related engineering field.
• Minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience; graduate degree optional with added experience.
• Experience with manufacturing best practices, process control, and cost reduction welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced sustaining engineering support for Image Intensifier manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues in real time to minimize production impact.
• Develop, implement, and maintain process controls to improve repeatability and reduce variation.
• Analyze manufacturing, equipment, yield, and defect data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in throughput, cycle time, yield, and cost.
• Mentor engineers, technicians, and manufacturing personnel as needed.
• Communicate technical issues and business impacts clearly to leadership.
