Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience including process development and production optimization.
• Hands-on experience with FANUC HandlingTool or ArcTool in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation.
• Experience supporting production launches, new product introductions, or equipment implementation.
• Ability to lead manufacturing initiatives, coordinate deliverables, and influence stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead manufacturing process development and production launch activities to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and operational requirements.
• Support new product introductions by developing manufacturing methods and validating equipment readiness.
• Apply FANUC HandlingTool or ArcTool to support robotic manufacturing applications and troubleshoot production.
• Interpret drawings, GD&T, and specifications to establish effective processes.
• Develop and optimize layouts, tooling, equipment configurations, and workflows to improve throughput.
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve constraints and support launches.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and lower defects.
• Establish standardized procedures and documentation for consistent production execution.
