Qualifications

• Eight or more years of manufacturing-engineering experience with complex electromechanical products.
• Strong experience with NPI, DFM, DFA, process development, and tooling.
• Demonstrated experience transitioning products from prototype to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead product industrialization from prototype through production launch.
• Define manufacturing process flow and critical-to-quality characteristics.
• Establish a manufacturing roadmap addressing automation and cost reduction.
