Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for our Drones division in Santa Ana. You will bridge design and high‑volume production for unmanned systems like Bolt, Ghost, Anvil, and future platforms, owning projects from cradle to grave.

You will partner with design, manufacturing, and supplier teams to optimize processes, ensure first‑time quality, and enable rapid production ramps while maintaining mission‑critical quality and security standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing or similar position.
• World-class mission assurance and attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in manufacturing and learning.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver hardware in resource-constrained environments.
• Hands-on experience with hardware fabrication or assembly.

Responsibilities

• Move products from concept to prototype, pilot, and full production.
• Provide daily sustaining support across mechanical, electrical, and firmware issues.
• Collaborate with design to implement design-for-manufacturing best practices.
• Own manufacturing documentation: MBOMs, work instructions, process flows.
• Coordinate capacity planning with production teams to meet customer demand.
• Travel to suppliers and partner sites for sourcing and production improvements.
