Jobot is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Merrionette Park, IL to join a thriving manufacturing team. The candidate will handle project management and product design for heavy machinery, leveraging a strong 10+ year background in structural and mechanical design and SolidWorks expertise.

Requirements include a B.S. in mechanical engineering, proficiency with SolidWorks 3D and CAD 2005 or higher, and the ability to complete pre-employment testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 10+ years of structural and mechanical heavy machinery design experience (hydraulic areas are a plus).
• 1+ years of Railcar experience is a PLUS.
