Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen able to obtain and maintain a US Department of Defense Security Clearance.
• At least 5 years leading production processes in a multi-disciplinary manufacturing environment.
• Able to interpret technical documentation and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings and interface with Engineering.
• Create production procedures and instructions.
• Collaborate on quality control processes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements.
• Identify manufacturing, design, and component issues.
• Perform Root cause analysis and monitor corrective actions.
• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes.
